A new funding opportunity for BHBH Grantees will be made available through the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) via the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) State Opioid Response (SOR) grant for Youth Recovery Housing. These supplemental funds are intended to expand and strengthen recovery supports for transitional-age youth (TAY), who are experiencing opioid and/or stimulant use disorders. This funding is time limited and must be expended by September 30, 2026.
